Greatness does exist within all of us and the tragedy is only a few tap into it. We all have gifts and talents, and what we need to do is look within ourselves and realize that we are unique not just different from other people. Unique means there is only one person on the earth like you and that is you. When you understand that, you realize just how special you are. You have talents and those talents are God given, you cannot develop talent, but you can develop skills. One can hone their skills and improve on how things are done.
A big step to getting there is first understanding that you are special simply by the fact that you are unique. Realize and accept that and start everyday with that understanding that no one else is like you and bring your uniqueness to every situation. Your success starts with you knowing and understanding what you bring to the table. You have value and there are people that you can connect with. You are not looking to just be different, capitalize one the fact that you have a unique selling position.
