Today I want to talk about what might be considered by some as either bold or dumb on my part. Quite a contrast between bold and dumb, you’ll have to decide. So what is the topic? Talk is cheap, if it is not backed by action and follow through. If you’ve been around network marketing any period of time you’ll get that right away. The reason is that somehow network marketing seems to attract people that say a lot of things and make a lot of promises but do not follow through on any of them or very few of them.
It’s not just in network marketing, it’s the world we live in today. People will promise whatever it is they think people want to hear to get the response that’s desired. That’s dishonest and shows a lack of integrity on the part of the person that participates in that kind of activity. I believe that everything you tell somebody must be the truth because without truth you can’t have a solid foundation. Truth has to be the foundation but also part of that equation is promising only what you are actually willing and able to do.
One should not bring people into a new opportunity or an old opportunity, for that matter, and commit to them that they’re going to be there to help them, guide and mentor them and then disappear. When people decide to join the business, they are doing it because hopefully they’ve done their homework but also a major contributing factor is what the person has promised them they will do to assist them. A solid network marketing strategy is to help and offer direction, when people are led to believe they can call or e-mail, and receive a timely response or that the phone will be answered that’s part of the reason they’re joining the organization. Sponsors should not commit in word only but in deed as well, and if not, then promises should not be made. I’m new school in the fact I believe to build a business now days you have to be online, it’s not enough to do it face-to-face. No question one needs their own personal brand and to build a solid online reputation, that goes to the very heart of who you are. I’m old school when it comes to keeping my word, honoring what I say by doing it. It’s difficult for me to respect people who say things and yet have no intention of doing what they say. When it is boiled right down to it, it’s all about having character and not being a character.
It actually is amazing to me that somehow people think that’s okay, it’s not. It may work for a season, but that season will come to an end and the question is how many people were hurt or affected by what wasn’t done and the promises that were not kept. It cannot be or maybe I should say it shouldn’t be just about the money. Money is fine as long as you earn it the right way, it’s important to me to be able to lay down at night and sleep knowing that my integrity is still intact.
If you want to work with someone that says what he means and means what he says then you have found one you can trust. A professor told us in a class one day you have to walk 12 inches to the foot, in other words, he said walk the talk and talk the walk. I still believe that now probably more than ever, integrity is hard to find, and if you do find it unfortunately many times it’s for sale. My integrity is not for sale and never will be. If you want to develop a network marketing strategy that works then contact me.
I’m looking for people from around the world that wants to work with somebody that will help them, offer guidance and direction and maybe more than anything will always be there with answers or ask for additional time until the answer can be found. If that’s you then contact me and let’s build a team, an organization that we can be proud of because we know it’s built on truth and business integrity. The money will follow, so if ready to get started touch base with me.
