What We Will Discover About MLM Success

What we are going to discover in the second part of this post on mlm success is what the difference maker is between the two types of businesses.

In a franchise, the franchisees go through a rigorous and extensive training where every detail is covered. The HOW is provided and there is nothing left to chance, right down to smallest detail, from it’s appearance, to the uniform or dress code, and even down to how the phones are to be answered. The training is intensive to say the least, and the franchisee has to sign paperwork stating they will follow it to a tee. The franchisee is not just purchasing a franchise, they are getting a systematic system that produces consistent results when followed.

Now compare that to MLM or network marketing, the training one receives if at all is:

Be enthusiastic

Make your list

Talk to anything that moves, and if you have to shake the bushes.

If someone is within three feet of you, they are a candidate.

Do three-way calls and be sure to build up the person doing the call,
set them up as the expert instead of you being the expert. Wrong!

Systems Help To Produce MLM Success

You know the drill so let’s not rehash that, the point is people join network marketing and are immediately put on the front lines with no training and with no experience, and then we wonder why the mlm success rate is in the basement. In franchises they do not want you to be innovative; they want you to follow the plan because it is proven to work. In network marketing, people try to duplicate other people and get this big gem ” people cannot be duplicated but systems can.”

The challenge has been until now there was no system available in mlm that could produce systematic results like that of a franchise. One major difference between franchises and mlm is the system. Without the system franchises would have the success rate that is currently in network marketing, because it would be back to the skill set of the owner and the size of their network. So now that we have a system available to those that join our team the masses can start to experience mlm success and the percentages will start to increase from the 3% that has been typical to the industry.

Here is the top or running a close second to why mlm success is only 3%, the masses run through their warm market very quickly without a lot of success, and at that point become stuck with no one to share their opportunity, it’s at that point things actually start to regress. Remember a little while back, I said most people move through life meeting different people, burning bridges and not looking back. Why? Because at the time it is occurring, they are not thinking that someday it might be important to have access to a huge network of people that they have talked with, shared with and done things with.

This is one of those times! So Now What?

Bottom Line To MLM Success

So what is the bottom line to this post? We have developed a system for mlm success that does the following:

It trains you and your team.

It generates a sea of warm qualified, sorted skin in the game leads.

If you are new or simply uncomfortable talking with people, you can still have a 33% rate of success of signing people up. If you are good and experienced your success rate can quite possibly be as high as 66% at signing people up.

These are targeted leads generated by huge media buys.

This system is proven and works just like a franchise operations manual provides step by step processes.

Your mlm success here is not based on you having a huge database ( so for those of you have not stayed in touch, have burned bridges, etc. you are still good to go here).

Your mlm success is not based on your skill set; it is based on a multimillion dollar system.

So how does all of this translate? It’s actually really simple, this system is for the masses of those in-network marketing and those that are soon to join, so they can too enjoy mlm success . You don’t have to find a business, great products, great comp plan, great company or even a CEO with a great vision we have that covered for you as well.

I know you might be thinking this just sounds too good to be true, and yes I know we are always told if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is an in most cases that is true, but not here. My friends this is the real deal, and it has the power to change your future. Quit spinning your wheels, hoping to catch the next big wave and jump on board with us and watch as this all unveils right before your eyes. It’s here, the question now is what are you going to do with this information?

Experience Network Marketing Success

To experience Network Marketing Success nowadays you need to have a sophisticated web based selling system, that incorporates media buys that produce a sea of warms leads, have systematic steps anyone can follow, a selling system, follow up, and step by step training that will take everyone through the process. It needs to be a seamlessly integrated system that anyone can experience success when following the process. A system that will work for the masses and not a select few.

Network Marketing Success Requires A System

A system that is self-contained empowers you. It frees you to fit your network marketing business into your lifestyle, your commitments and your schedule. It gives you the HOW to build your business and to have a life while you are doing it. Plus it gives you the tools you need, so you can now create the lifestyle you truly desire, and have freedom. Now to find a system like that, or does it even exist?

Duplication Is Necessary For Network Marketing Success

You discover a system like this, and you can live and work from anywhere, part-time or full-time, and work out of the comfort of your own home. You get to decide, how great would that be? Just think you can have network marketing success 24 hours a day, a worldwide business that is duplicatable and will replicate over and over again. We have this very kind of system that does all of that and then some. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so what are you waiting for that is if you want network marketing success?

In the network marketing business, one main prerequisite to success is prospects and a lot of them. I have to be totally honest with you, if you do not have a large database of warm leads, you are going to have some challenges. Please note that I did not say it was impossible, but it definitely is more difficult. I could tell you it is a walk in the park, but eventually you would discover that it takes work and a lot of prospects to build your network marketing business.

If you are in the network marketing business or considering its possibilities, there are a few things, you need to consider.

People Quit The Network Marketing Business

The primary consideration, in my opinion, is who your prospects are going to be. The biggest reason people quit the network marketing business is a lack of prospects, people to share the opportunity with.

If you are going to family, friends or what is considered your warm market the reality is you can have a great product, great compensation plan and even a great system, but eventually you will run out of prospects.

Network Marketing Business Stagnant

When you do your business is pretty much stagnant at that point. It is at this interval that others start to fall out of the program because they have also hit a wall when it comes to who they have as prospects.

Reality Of The Network Marketing Business

That is just the reality of the network marketing business. So is that where it ends, do we just close the book and walk away? Is there a solution, what do you do at this point?

If you do not have an answer to this dilemma then give serious thought to how you will handle it when it happens. One should really consider this scenario before you join a company. If all you have is a great product, great compensation plan and even a great system that works with your warm market. Here is the question you have to be able to answer is there really any point in even starting in a network marketing business? Go Now and read part 2 of network marketing business.

Network Marketing Failure/Quit Rate

All heard the statistics
We have all heard the statistics about the failure rate in Network Marketing. It is stated that it is somewhere in the range of 97% of people in network marketing fail. I believe that those numbers are accurate when it comes to the failure rate. When I look up the word failure and it’s synonyms the one word that is missing from that list is quit and when I look up the word quit and it’s synonyms the one word that is missing there is failure.

What Does that tell you
What does that tell you? It tells me they are not the same for one thing, but yet many people actually think they are the same. Failure and quitting are not the same and it needs to be understood that they are completely different. The word failure means lack of success or a person who does not succeed, the word quit means abandon, leave or stop doing something.

Look at failure rates
Some people will look at those failure rates and ask what is the point in trying when 97 plus people out of 100 fail. Again failure means lack of success, that tells me that something can be done to alter the results, its changeable. There are network marketing strategies and tips that people can adhere to that will turn that around in time if they just won’t quit.

Ninety-Seven Percent Quit
What about the 97% of people that join Network marketing that quit? It depends on ones perspective. My perspective and take on it is as long as you stay in the game you will eventually win. As soon as a person quits they are done, they abandon their dreams, they start to settle. If a person realizes that success is available in network marketing or any other business for that matter, they won’t quit. Once you understand success is attainable and that you just need to correct or adjust what you are or are not doing there is no reason to quit. It’s when people equate failure and quitting as the same that they have made a huge mistake. Mistakes can be corrected and failing can stop and quitting can become a thing of the past in a persons life if they understand what is required of them. Failing does not mean your are a failure, it just means you have not arrived yet.

Failure informs you of the need for change, it is not the sign to quit. Once you find what works and are consistent in staying true to form and are persistent you will one day arrive at the destination of success. If you quit there is not much that can be done unless you are willing to start again and the next time around discover what works. I believe in the saying that winners never quit and quitters never win. Your a winner so stop quitting.

Here is another network marketing strategy for you to keep in mind.

I want to share today about how network marketing is a team sport. Let me start with a story from when I was in grade school. All through school I played sports, starting in the fifth grade. I played Pop Warner football, basketball and Little League baseball. Now you may be wondering what that has to do with network marketing, that, in and of itself, does not have anything to do with network marketing. However, I believe that this story communicates the message.

So here’s my story, I remember in sixth grade playing basketball for my school every Saturday morning during the basketball season. We played every Saturday where the high school team played. We were very good. There was Jeff, Carl, Terry and myself and one other person who truthfully I don’t remember who it was. Our coach was an assistant for the high school team. His name was Dean Evans. He was a very good coach and knew a lot about basketball. He designed this one play that was set up for a jump ball. Terry was the designated person who did the jump ball, and man could he jump, more times than not he would get the tip. So back to the play, it was designed for Terry to tip the ball to me and as soon as that happened Carl was to release toward the basket, and I would throw the ball to Carl, and he was to make a lay up. I was to follow behind Carl, in case he missed the lay up. This one particular Saturday we were playing a very good team. We were behind. There we were in the middle of the court for a jump ball. Terry got the tip and tipped it to me and immediately Carl released, and I hit him in stride with the pass for the lay up. In this particular instance he missed, but I was there just as it was drawn up, to lay it in. It was pretty exciting. A little side note we went on to win the game.

So you might be thinking what in the world has that story to do with network marketing. Here’s how it relates, in my opinion. I see network marketing as a team sport. It takes everyone on the team contributing to the overall success of everyone on the team, and the team itself. Each person on the team has a part to play and as long as each one does their part it works. If someone doesn’t do their part it can still work just not as well and maybe not for them. Just like in my story Terry had to tip the ball to someone other than himself for this play to work, his team members each did their part and because of that we scored. All these years later that still sticks in my mind and is a highlight of my basketball days when I was in the sixth grade. Terry could not have done it by himself, and neither could I. It took each one of us doing our part to make it work.

My experience tells me it is the same in network marketing or a home-based business. We hear the saying all the time you’re in business for yourself but not by yourself but yet so much of the time not only are we in business for ourselves it’s also by ourselves. That scenario does not work very well if at all. In this industry what happens more times than not are people will bring people into the business but not be there after the fact. That is not how it is supposed to be, yes it’s called network marketing but don’t forget the network after you have brought them in. If you want to succeed in any business what you do or should do is surround yourself with people who are smarter than yourself. If you are not going to be there to help people succeed then, please don’t bring them into the business, you are only setting them up for failure. This is a team sport, I don’t know the person on your team who tips the ball, and I don’t know who catches the ball and passes it for the score. This I do know it takes each one of us doing what we can to get us to the place where we can score. In this industry, it is all about people, not just individuals or superstars. It’s about the team and each helping, supporting and encouraging one another to stay focused and to stay the course.

Attaining your definition of success requires that you know and fully understand that you deserve to have and enjoy your success. One of the foundation stones that helps you know and understand that you deserve success is knowing that you have value and worth. This is like a puzzle. You have different pieces that make up the whole. Some of the pieces of the puzzle, are realizing you have value and worth as a person, for that to be active for lack of a better word means you have to know that you know you are worthy, when you know that without any doubt whatsoever, then it is much easier to accept that you deserve success. That is a first step, if you don’t believe you deserve success, you will never experience it, at least true success.

Achieving Success

If you partake in situations or activities that reduce your worth/weight, you are impacting your ability to stand when the odds seem stacked against you. What has that to do with achieving success? Simply, this when you understand that you have worth, you are a weighty person. You are not tossed about so easily by the circumstances or situations of life. You will not fold at the first sign of pressure. You will stay the course. As you start to understand your worth, it actually will help guide you down the path, you are meant to be on, but not only that, it will help to keep you there. It will also help to keep you from committing acts that will diminish your value, which results in success, in the long run. How? Because the longer you do the right thing, the easier it is to believe that you deserve to experience success at some level. If you are doing things that are not right, your own conscience condemns you, in that place it is very difficult to believe you deserve success. I hope that you are starting to get this and understand how it all fits together.

Success

Success is being able to finish what you set out to accomplish, it is starting on a journey, and staying the course until you reach your destination. Success is not allowing yourself to be detoured from the path you have chosen to reach your goals. If you are moved by everything that comes your way, you will not reach success. You have to be committed, and that entails being able to stand when there might appear insurmountable odds against you.

Measure of Success

We understand that the percentage of people that attain some measure of success is on average three to five percent of the population. Why are the percentages so low? I personally believe that one of the main factors is that people do not realize their worth and therefore, do not believe that they deserve to experience success. There are some people that actually sabotage their success because they do not believe they deserve to be successful. Are you one of them?

When you truly grasp that you have value and worth as a person you will understand that success is your right.

I need to mention at this point that not every person who attains some measure of success, arrived there because they understood their value. There are actually people that appear to find success at least by some peoples definition, but attained it, by hook or by crook. That is not true success, it only has the appearance of success. When you reach success, your goals, your dreams by doing it the right way, in my opinion, success is so much sweeter. You can enjoy it without a guilty conscience.

Success is what we all aspire to at some level. This post is about traveling the Road to Success, and reaching for all it has to offer. That necessitates a strategic planning process, it is deliberate and not something that just occurs by chance. A Network Marketing Strategy is what you need if you are going to be one of the top distributors in your company. You have to have a strategy, a plan and also know how to implement it.

Your Definition of Success

So what is your definition of success, we all have one, and they are as diverse as we are from one another? Success means something different to all of us, but yet there are a lot of similarities in each of our definitions. We will be sharing on a lot of different subjects, but to give you an idea of what’s ahead, let me just to point out a couple. We will be sharing how critical the view you have of yourself is, to your attaining your definition of success. We also will be discussing the right attitude or mindset, and the part it plays. We will also touch on the all-important question, do you truly believe that you are entitled to experience success and if so at what level?

Road To Success

I am referring to this as the road of success, and the basis for that is you don’t get on a road and immediately arrive at your destination. A road in my illustration is emblematic of an expedition, a trip. Success is a journey, and does not materialize without preparing for it. It is a predetermined course of action and not something that will happen all by itself. You have to be dedicated to the journey, or you will start, stop and end up dropping out, without ever arriving. It’s like the kids who are on a road trip with their parents, constantly asking are we there yet? You absolutely need to understand that success is a process, it has to be planned for. When you understand that success is a journey, there is no need to ask if you have arrived, when you do, you will know it. To arrive at the destination of success requires that you start from where you are, but the first step is to get on the road. You can sit for weeks to develop an awesome network marketing strategy, but unless you act on it and put it into play on a consistent basis, you just wasted your time. No better time to start than right now on your road to success.
